Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, new patients are always welcome and scheduled without delay.

What insurance plans do you accept?

We accept Aetna PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Cigna PPO, United Healthcare PPO, and Medicare.

I do not have insurance; how much is it for an initial office visit if I have to pay cash?

An office visit can cost anywhere from $200.00 to $725.00, depending on the extent of injury and treatment required.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Do you accept Workers' Compensation Insurance?

Yes, Dr. Berliner and his staff are very experienced with the Workers' Compensation rules/laws.

What are Lone Star Orthopedics' hours of operation?

A: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
We are closed for the following holidays:

Winter Break (typically the week of Christmas and ends the first week of New Year; please contact the office for more details)

When is Dr. Berliner available to schedule patients?

Tuesday-Friday 9am to 3:40pm

Does Dr. Berliner treat minors?

Yes, Dr. Berliner treats minors 2 to 18 years of age.

Does Dr. Berliner do physical examinations for sports?

Yes, just bring the forms to your appointment that is required to be filled out by your athletic department.

Do you provide transportation?

Yes, we provide transportation in the Houston area.
