An office visit can cost anywhere from $200.00 to $725.00, depending on the extent of injury and treatment required. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Do you accept Workers' Compensation Insurance? Yes, Dr. Berliner and his staff are very experienced with the Workers' Compensation rules/laws.
